1. Who we are

Sapna Jobs (sapnajobs.com) is a job discovery platform. Sapna Jobs is a brand under Graciax, a trademark of Keyakash Technologies Private Limited ("Keyakash Technologies", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at [Registered office address]. All subscriptions, boosts and other paid services on Sapna Jobs are billed by and payable to Keyakash Technologies Private Limited.

2. The service

Sapna Jobs connects job seekers with employers. We are a platform, not an employer, recruitment agency or a party to any employment contract. We do not guarantee that any job seeker will be hired or that any employer will find a suitable candidate. Some listings are aggregated from partner sources and are labelled as such; applications to those listings are completed on the source's website.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, post fraudulent content, or harm other users. Job seeker accounts are free — Sapna Jobs never charges job seekers a fee to apply for a job, and no employer or agent on this platform is permitted to collect placement fees from candidates. Report any such demand to us immediately.

4. Employer obligations

Employers must post only genuine, currently open positions with truthful salary, location and role details; must not demand money, deposits or fees from applicants at any stage; must comply with applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws; and must use applicant data only for recruitment for the posted role. We review listings and may edit, reject or remove any listing and withdraw verification at our discretion, including after publication.

5. Paid services

Employer subscription plans, job boosts, promotion services and courses are paid services billed by Keyakash Technologies Private Limited. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. Feature limits for each plan are described on the pricing page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. We may change prices prospectively; changes never affect an already-paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: post false, misleading or unlawful content; scrape or bulk-harvest data from the platform; upload malware; impersonate any person or organisation; use candidate contact details for anything other than recruiting for the applied role; or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in the content you post and grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for operating the service. "Sapna Jobs", "Graciax", the Sapna Jobs wordmark, the "sj" monogram and associated branding are trademarks of Keyakash Technologies Private Limited and may not be used without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We verify employers where indicated but do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or profile, and we are not liable for the conduct of employers or job seekers, whether on or off the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City of jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
